Retainer Plans

How does a Retainer Package Work? plans for clients who can commit to a set minimum of hours per month at a discounted hourly rate from the regular hourly rate. These clients retain time paid in advance every month. Additional hours will be billed at the same retainer rate. Unused time does not roll over to the next month. 2 Month minimum contract is required. If at any time a project will take longer than hours purchased within the package, a representative from Great East will contact you to discuss options. Payment is due by the 1st of each month

POLICIES FOR ALL RATE PROGRAMS: A 5% FINANCE CHARGE WILL BE ADDED TO ALL UNPAID INVOICES OVER 10 DAYS. ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS TRAVEL AND POSTAGE MAY APPLY. CLIENTS MUST AGREE TO PAY ALL FEES CHARGED AGAINST MY ACCOUNT AS A RESULT OF INSUFFICIENT FUNDS .
